What exactly is Shuttrflow?+
Software that runs a photography studio: your website, inquiries and bookings, contracts with e-signatures and deposits, invoices, client galleries with a download store, gift cards and promo codes, and bookkeeping. It all shares one client list.
When can I start, and what will it cost?+
We're opening to studios in small groups from the waitlist. Pricing will be published before then, and there'll be a free way to start. Join the waitlist to hear first.
Do I need my own Stripe account?+
Yes. That's the point: payments go into your own Stripe account, not ours. If you don't have one, you can create it during setup in a few minutes.
What happens to my full-resolution files?+
We store your originals exactly as you uploaded them in private storage. Clients browse smaller web previews, and downloads always serve the untouched original.
Can clients see each other's galleries?+
No. Every gallery has its own link and PIN, and each studio's data is walled off from every other studio at the database level.
Can I use my own domain?+
Every studio gets yourstudio.shuttrflow.com. Custom domains are planned.
