Privacy policy
What we collect
When you book, sign an agreement, pay or view a gallery, Juniper Row Studio collects what's needed to do the work: your name, email, phone, session details, signature evidence (typed name, time, IP address, browser) and the photos we take of you.
How payments work
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card or bank numbers.
How we use it
Only to provide your session, deliver your photos, send receipts and reminders, and keep our business records. We don't sell your information.
Your photos
Client galleries are private: they are reachable only through the link we send you, and usually a PIN. Juniper Row Studio only shows a gallery publicly on this website (or uses photos in its portfolio) as agreed with you, and you can opt out in writing.
Service providers
Juniper Row Studio uses Shuttrflow to run bookings, galleries and payments. Data is stored with Shuttrflow's infrastructure providers under agreements that keep it confidential.
Cookies
This site uses only cookies it needs to work: to remember galleries you've unlocked, your favorites and purchases, and (on payment pages) Stripe's fraud protection. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
Your choices
Ask for a copy of your data, corrections or deletion by emailing hello@juniperrow.example. Some records (like payments and signed agreements) must be kept for tax and legal reasons.
